Q-Why this error appear when flashing stock ROM in mtk devices with sp flash tool?
A-This error appears because You Have not all needed files in stock ROM.
Q-how to get rid by this error?
A-To Get rid of this error you Have to redownload the stock ROM from trusted site.

A- This error appear because your mtk vcom drivers are problem for this.
Q-How to Get Rid by this error?
A-For get rid by this error you have to reinstall windows xp,7,8,vista....in your PC.
