This issue was first noticed on the old Android devices (Android 2.0) because it was one of the first Android that was produced back then.
Recently most of the Android device company have found passion in making people Surfer in terms of surfing the internet or rather making browsing uncomfortable for Android device users there by trying to invent back an old feature of Android device.
Nowadays some of Android phone producing company are now trying to make it a common thing we must pass through by making the Primary SIM (SIM 1) to be in 3G Network while the Secondary SIM (SIM 2) to be in EDGE network (E Network). This issue is making the Secondary SIM to be in EDGE network is not encouraging and what must be evicted/Terminated though some people like EDGE network because it makes their data bundle not to finish easily while some people said that it doesn't drain battery unlike using 3G Network to surf the internet.
EDGE Network have made browsing miserable for almost all the people across the globe. The problem (browsing with EDGE network) did not start today, however we're here to look in to the solution (How to get rid of this problem).

Firstly before commencing to know or see how you can fix this problem, you must have Root Access in your Android device, not just that there's another app which is needed to fix this not just rooting but you also need to Download and install Build.Prop in your Android device.
Launch Build.Prop app from your phone then make use of the search button (for easy location and also make your work faster) and search for the below codes.
ro.ril.hsxpa
ro.ril.gprsclass
ro.ril.hsdpa.category
ro.ril.hsupa.category
ro.ril.enable.a53
ro.ril.enable.3g.prefix
ro.ril.hep
ro.ril.enable.dtm
ro.rill.enable.a53
Note: These codes must be searched one after the other to avoid putting your device to more damage. Also be vigilant in case if what you're searching for pops up, then click on it to avoid more time waste.
After you must have located the above codes, fill them up or replace them with the below codes (if possible).
